  • a person who, being the owner of a legal person and holding more than 25% shares, stocks, contributions and / or votes, benefits from it;
  • a person who controls a legal person in various ways, such as the right to appoint or remove a head of a legal person, to make strategic decisions;
  • a natural person who has other rights to control a legal person, such as its manager, chairman or member of the board or other collegial body.

  • Details of the UBO’s;
  • Amounts of contributions/number of shares of UBO‘s;
