What do you need to know
- Citizens of the Republic of Lithuania or foreigners with a Lithuanian personal identification code (having a temporary/permanent residence permit in the Republic of Lithuania) may have a mobile signature;
- Establishment of MB with the client’s mobile signature is possible remotely.
- A small partnership is a legal person with limited civil liability (liable for its own assets);
- The manager of the MB works under a Civil Service Contract (no employment relationship);
- A member of a small partnership (not the manager) can work under a Civil Service Contract where the services are provided exclusively by his/her Small partnership;
- No share capital is required to set up an Small partnership. The founders determine the amount of the contribution;
- A small community may carry out all activities that are not contrary to the procedures of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
